Breadsmart

I bought Large Breadsmart 3 weeks ago took bread out of plastic & stored in Breadsmart next morning lifted lid to find little ants all over bread. They had gotten thru the small holes in the black rim of container & as there is a gap under the black rim inside the bread was unedible. Please ph me for suggestions on what to do.

No way to contact other than email. Do not honour promise. When l request a replacement of cracked product about 10 years ago. Made to feel ungrateful when l requested same colour replacement. Was told by representative, be happy with what you got! Well, that is what l promised when l purchased. The story change when l asked for a replacement. Ok to take my money. Very different service. Not happy!

Getting nowhere trying to replace a lid

DMy warranty claim was accepted for mold 1623, and i was given a $15 voucher. Trouble is you want $20.95for the lid $11 and $9.95 postage Moreover, the site says the voucher has been used. I have been dealing with Farah but have found that useless. Please simply send me a mold 1623 lid to replace the one claimed under warranty.

Bad customer service!! I believe i got someone who was to lazy to look into this for me! They asked for an order number in relation to my query. I didnt know the order number as i had 2 orders in process. I did not hear back from anyone from Tupperware customer service after that. I was fobbed off... Not good enough Tupperware !!

Hello

I would like to provide feedback re the bread caddy

I bought this product in about October 2023 at the local post office.

I have had many Tupperware products in the past and have been very happy with them.

Following the advertising on TV I purchased the bread caddy.

I am VERY disappointed with this product. My bread is in the caddy and within a short time it has mould on it.

I thought it may be the type of bread I use..so I have tried 4 different styles of bread and usually within a week mould occurs.

I purchased a wholebread on the 5/1/24, put it in the caddy on the 6/1/24 and on the 9/1 there were a couple of slices with a couple of small areas of mould.today (10/1) more mould on the remaining slices.

For me this was an expensive item (small caddy) and I will no longer use it and tell my friends not to buy the bread caddy.

Hi, I purchased a Breadsmart container because my bread was getting mouldy and I know Tupperware has been a great product. I purchased it from AU POST on the 20th of Dec 2023 and it was delivered on 2nd of Jan 2024.I placed some crumpets in it and on the third day they had gone moldy. The crumpets should have not gone off so fast , they were fresh when I bought them.

Replacement of Tupperware lid

a few years ago, l needed a Tupperware lid replaced for one of my many containers. I was disappointed about two things. One was that when l purchased the products which amounted to thousands of dollars, the representative was sooo obliging and told me replacement is very easy. Well, it was not very easy. It was another colour to my collection of containers, and l was told that, "l should be happy." When l purchased the many products, l was told it is a very easy process. It was not at all for me.

TreaI am a regular customer with Tupperware. I placed an order in 20th Nov 2023. I have not had any further communication from Tupperware regarding my order. I contacted my consultant and have not heard back from her either. I am very unhappy with the service.

Stop promoting this product, you are doing false advertising!!! Your claims that Brradsmart keeps bread fresh for over two weeks is NOT TRUE!!! In my case any bread starts going moldy after three days. Judging from all the bad reports, I am not the only one. HUGE FRAUD!

I purchased the bread smart storage containers small & large. Unfortunately the product does not keep bread fresh in fact it becomes mouldy with 2 days. I purchased via global direct and have a 30 day return, I was 1 week over the purchase date, however Tupperware do not offer a refund under their product warranty. Do not purchase this product a waste of $160.

I need to speak to someone from Tupperware. My warranty claim approved, however the item I need now only sold in a set. I do not wish to pat for a whole set. Just want 1 piece replaced. Have been issued a voucher but this is not helpful Sharon Evans

Bread only lasted 3 days in Tupperware bread keeper so wanted to speak to Tupperware customer service. Chat line led me to JustAnswer site which requires payment to log on! No direct telephone number even though claim of an office in Hawthorn. We're located also in Melbourne a few suburbs away. Very disappointed in Tupperware atm.
